- CSPA Facility Management' electrical and mechanical services form a major part of most interior refurbishment contracts and we use selected, trusted and professionally accredited Partners to assist with the delivery of various electrical and mechanical services. These services are project managed by us and to fit seamlessly in with other aspects of the refurbishment and fit-out work being carried out.
